"As an artist sometimes you have wild ideas that never see the light but in this case I was fortunate to have friends and collaborators to help me bring this pipe dream to fruition. This album is an example of the power of those wild ideas.

In late January '22 Jon Rogers and I released the debut Future Beings at the Dawn of Time album which included the sample based electronic track "One More Dance". I absolutely love the magic that Jon Rogers did with the music on this track and I had the idea to try to recreate it with live instruments and vocals.

I enlisted Jack Hergenroether to lay down the drums and then I added bass guitar, guitars, and glockenspiel to the track. I wanted to get John Muylle involved with the project and invited him to do vocals with Jon Rogers. John completely surprised me and wrote a verse for the song and added some rad synth and percussion to the song.

With the addition of the verses it started to feel like a fully realized song, and I enlisted Adam Gross to play saxophone which was the cherry on top!" - Andrew Gustin
